File 1: Press the browse button to select the .jpg or .gif or .png or .bmp file which is your team's logo.  In addition to the instructions shown in the picture above: Graphics are resized to best fit 50 pixels in height and 300 in width, therefore the best displayed team graphics in this case will conform to a ratio of no more than (300/50 =) 6, when the height exceeds 50.
